After years of teacher training and talent introduction, the first-class discipline of pharmacy has established an excellent teaching team with reasonable structure and high academic level, including National Outstanding Youth, Qingqian Talents of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC, Yanzhao Scholars and New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education.  At present, there are 129 faculty members, 114 of whom have PhD or master's degrees, accounting for 88.4% of the teachers. There are 104 full-time teachers (44 professors and 32 associate professors). There are 23 doctoral supervisors and 37 master supervisors.

Among them, there are one winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, one Yanzhao Scholar, four experts with special allowances from the State Council, one National Model Teacher, three members of the Standing Committee, directors and professional members of the national professional society, two talents of the New Century Excellent Talents of the Ministry of Education, two winners of National Talent Project, one leading talent in Scientific and Technological Innovation of the National 10000 Person Plan, one scientific and technological innovation talent of the China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, 3 Outstanding Teacher of Hebei Province, 4 Outstanding Expert of Hebei Province, 1 of the Top Ten Outstanding Young People in Science and Technology of Hebei Province, 2 middle-aged and young experts with outstanding contributions in Hebei Province, 1 of the 100 Talents Program of Hebei Province, 4 middle-aged and young backbone teachers of Hebei Province, 2 of the 100 innovative talents in Colleges and universities of Hebei Province, 3 candidates at the first level, 2 candidates at the second level and 5 candidates at the third level of the 333 Talents of Hebei Province.
